Berardo reports that Benedetta Orsi is linked with Inter Milan, where she would reunite with Gianpiero Piovani, who was Sassuolo’s head coach from 2018 to 2024. According to Mauro Munno, Matilde Pavan is a potential target for both Juventus and AS Roma. The 21-year-old forward previously played for Venezia and Hellas Verona before joining Inter Milan in 2019—initially with the youth teams and Primavera, then moving up to the first team in 2021. Matilde Pavan made 13 appearances in Serie A and recorded one assist. Munno reports that Juventus is considering sending her out on loan, while AS Roma might try to persuade Inter Milan with Benedetta Glionna, who is under contract until 2026.
Signing a Goalkeeper
Cecilía Rán Rúnarsdóttir is close to signing a permanent deal with Inter Milan. The goalkeeper, on loan from Bayern Munich, is expected to stay at the club for a transfer fee reportedly exceeding €100,000.
The Iceland international, who has been named in the squad for the Women’s EURO 2025, began her senior career with Afturelding in 2017 and later played for Fylkir and KIF Örebro.
