Very exciting news for Real Madrid: Signe Bruun signed a new deal with the club until 2027. The Danish international made 25 appearances for Real Madrid this season, scored twelve goals and produced seven assists. The club finished in second place in Liga F, securing Women’s Champions League football for next season. Meanwhile, FC Barcelona secured their sixth consecutive Liga F title.
Club Career Signe Bruun
Signe Bruun began her senior football career with Fortuna Hjørring in 2014 and stayed with the club until 2018. Her successes there earned her a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. In her debut season with the French club, she made 17 appearances and scored four goals.
A year later, disaster struck as Bruun suffered an ACL injury. She made her comeback in 2020 and impressed with scoring the winning goal Arsenal in the Women’s Champions League quarter-final. She ended her time with PSG on a high, winning the club’s first league title, ending Lyon’s 14-year dominance.
After a short spell with Olympique Lyon and a six-month loan at Manchester United, she signed with Real Madrid in 2023. Since arriving in Madrid in 2023, she’s made 70 appearances and scored 32 goals.

“When I arrived, I said I wanted to win the first trophy with the team, and we haven’t done that yet. So, I still have that one in mind. That would be huge for the club, for the team, for the girls. That is on the top of my list and for myself I want to help the team, score goals, work hard and do everything I can to help the team.”
