Esther González claimed the Golden Boot at UEFA Women’s EURO 2025, finishing as the tournament’s top scorer with four goals. A total of 106 goals have been scored so far, with Spain contributing 18 and England close behind with 16. Despite González’s individual achievement, Spain fell short of winning the championship. England triumphed in a dramatic final that went all the way to penalties. After Spain missed three consecutive spot-kicks, Chloe Kelly stepped up and calmly secured victory for the Lionesses.
