Como 1907 Women have continued their extensive summer rebuild by signing Aurora De Rita from Sassuolo, adding another experienced Serie A player ahead of the club’s first season in Italy’s top flight.
While much of Como’s recruitment has centred on internationally recognised names such as Sofie Svava, Agnes Bonfantini, Riola Xhemaili, Vilde Bøe Risa Haavi and Andrea Menayo, the arrival of De Rita highlights another important part of the club’s strategy.
