Real Madrid have promoted Noe Bejarano to their women’s first-team squad on a four-year contract until 30 June 2030. Bejarano joined the club in 2023 and spent the following three seasons with Real Madrid B. She helped the reserve team secure promotion to the Primera Federación and won the RFEF Youth Tournament in 2024.
Her first-team debut arrived in May 2025. More than a year later, Real Madrid have decided she is ready to become a permanent member of the senior squad.

A Promotion Built Over Three Seasons
Bejarano’s elevation has not been based on one short period of form. She spent three campaigns within Real Madrid B, experiencing both individual development and the collective challenge of earning promotion to the Primera Federación.
That achievement matters because Bejarano is not entering the first team directly from youth football. She has already helped the reserve side move into a stronger competitive environment.
Her senior debut in May 2025 provided an early introduction without immediately removing her from the B-team pathway. Real Madrid allowed her development to continue for another season before making the promotion permanent.
Why the Four-Year Contract Matters
Moving Bejarano into the senior squad could have been treated as a short-term opportunity. A contract through 2030 gives the decision greater weight. Real Madrid are not only inviting her to train around the first team or provide temporary cover. They have secured four seasons in which she can compete for a role and continue developing.
That does not guarantee regular appearances. The transition from reserve football to a permanent first-team position will require Bejarano to earn the trust she previously established at B-team level.
Her international record provides further evidence of her potential. Bejarano has twice won the Women’s Under-19 European Championship with Spain, giving her experience of competing successfully in tournament football. Senior club football will now present a different test.
Real Madrid Make the Pathway Visible
Reserve teams must do more than compete for their own results. They also need to prepare players capable of moving into the senior squad. Bejarano helped Real Madrid B earn promotion and has now followed the same upward route individually.
The four-year contract makes her one of the clearest examples of the club’s internal pathway producing a first-team player. The next measure of its success will be whether the promotion leads to meaningful senior opportunities before 2030.
