Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed the signing of Hayley Raso on a contract running until 2027. The Australian international arrives from Tottenham Hotspur, where she signed in 2024, scored on her debut, and went on to make 16 appearances. The 30-year-old, who had also been linked with a move to Benfica, now continues her career in the Frauen-Bundesliga.
Hayley Raso Career Highlights
Raso began her professional career at Canberra United in 2011, making 17 appearances over two seasons and winning the A-League title in 2011/12. She later joined Brisbane Roar, where she played for two seasons, featuring 24 times. Her first move abroad came in 2015 when she signed with the Washington Spirit, though she returned to Australia a year later for a loan spell at Melbourne Victory.
Over the following years, the versatile winger played for several top clubs, including Portland Thorns, Everton, Manchester City, and Real Madrid. At Madrid, Raso became the first Australian international to represent the Spanish giants, making 28 appearances, scoring four goals, and featuring in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
On the international stage, Raso scored 22 goals in 99 appearances for Australia, representing her country at the 2019 and 2023 World Cups as well as the 2020 and 2024 Olympics.
