The Women’s Super League 2024/2025 season has come to an end. Alessia Russo and Bunny Shaw shared the Golden Boot award this season, both with twelve goals. Shaw’s performance is especially remarkable, as she missed a significant portion of the season due to injury. Her ability to stay among the league’s top scorers despite these setbacks is a testament to her clinical finishing and vital role in Manchester City’s attacking play. 1. Alessia Russo – Arsenal 12

Russo made a come back under head coach Renée Slegers this season. The striker scored twelve goals in the WSL. Russo also registered two assists this season. Arsenal finished the season in second place after securing a 4-3 win over Manchester United on the final match day.

1. Khadija Shaw – Manchester City 12

Khadija Shaw is Manchester City’s goalmachine. She was at the top of the Women’s Super League Top Scorers 2024/2025 list for most of the season, despite not having played in all the games. She also contributed to a 13th goal with an assist. Shaw unfortunately remained sidelined the in the last weeks, unable to add to her tally.

2. Shekiera Martinez – West Ham United 10

Shekiera Martinez worked her way into the Women’s Super League Top Scorer Top 3 in the match against Crystal Palace. The forward scored a hat trick in the first half and found the net a fourth time in the second half.

2. Elisabeth Terland – Manchester United 10

Elisabeth Terland is in 4th place, while Manchester United finished the season in third place. The club lost 4-3 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on the final match day. Terland scored ten goals and contributed to five more with assists.

3. Aggie Beever-Jones – Chelsea 9

Aggie Beever-Jones entered the top four after she scored against Manchester City. The talented football player played in 22 WSL matches this season and scored nine goals – finishing the season on a high with a goal against Liverpool.

4. Bethany England – Tottenham Hotspur 8

Tottenham Hotspur captain Bethany England scored eight goals this season. None of her teammates were anywhere near her goal tally this season. She played 19 matches and gave 1 assist.

4. Guro Reiten – Chelsea 8

Guro Reiten found the net eight times this season. Reiten had a great start of the season, was out with an injury and now has to fight for minutes on the pitch. She played 17 matches.

4. Grace Clinton – Manchester United 8

Grace Clinton entered the top four with eight goals. The Manchester United forward played 21 matches in total and has a 19% goal conversion rate.
